Your furry friends are welcome here at Barrington Place, where we provide residents and their animal companions with a private, enclosed bark park, complete with an exciting dog-friendly agility course as well as a pergola for pet parents to enjoy the shade. Pet Policy:
- Barrington Place allows dogs and cats
- Two pets per apartment home with a maximum combined weight of 200 pounds
- A pet addendum and vet records are required
- We have breed restrictions and do not allow: Dobermans, Pit Bulls, Chows, Akitas, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, or any non-domestic dogs or any mix of these breeds. Please see the leasing office for additional questions regarding our breed restrictions.
Pet Fees
- $300 one-time nonrefundable fee per pet
- 2 pet maximum: $25 monthly pet rent per pet
